  1. Do I really need to bring my pre paid experience card on the day of the activity?

    Absolutely! Think about it the same way as you would Hockey or concert tickets. It is proof of purchase ahead of time.

  2. What are the advantages of buying an experience package through Samba Days?

    Samba Days is about simplicity, choice and quality. Its simple, pick a theme box, pick 1 experience from the activities in your package, then book and show up with the pre-paid experience card. There are several experiences so the guest will not have a problem finding something they want to experience for themselves. We have selected the best service providers so you can be assured of a memorable experience.

  3. What are your delivery details for the gifts packages?

    In general it takes 2-3 days for delivery depending on the time you order. For further details see terms and conditions.

  4. How can I contact Samba Days?

    Reaching us by email is the quickest response, service@sambadays.com. We also have a 1-888-98-SAMBA (7-2622) to reach us with general inquiries. We recommend reviewing all of the FAQ's.

  5. What is included with the experience gift package?

    We really mean gift package when we say it. Each theme has its own look. Inside the box is a booklet that contains all of the relevant information on the experiences and more.

  6. Are there any restrictions (e.g. age, weight, or height) that I need to consider before buying the experience?

    We have tried our best to include this information on our website. We really suggest that you inquire when booking. For more info, see terms and conditions.

  7. Do I have to choose a specific date for the experience when I buy?

    Absolutely not, you are free to choose the date you want. We recommend that you book your reservations as far in advance as possible and specify that you have a Samba Days pre-paid card in order to benefit from the widest range of dates and times available and to receive the best service possible.

  8. Is personal accident insurance included?

    We do not provide this service but service providers have their own policies. Upon booking, we would recommend that you inquire.

  9. What payment types do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Interac Online.

  10. I need a last minute gift but I'm worried it won't be delivered in time?

    We deal with Canada Post Xpresspost so you can get it to you pretty quickly. It takes one day to process depending on time of ordering and another day to ship. See Terms and Conditions for further details.

  11. When is my experience available?

    We have worked with the service providers to obtain the best availability time for Samba Days guests. However, there are restrictions depending on the time of year and availability. You have to book a minium of 48 hours in advance. Please check with service provider before making any plans around your preferred date. We recommend booking far in advance.

  12. Can my recipient exchange their experience for a new one?

    Yes. Please see returns and exchange policy.

  13. Does the pre-paid experience card expire?

    The pre-paid experience card expires 2 years after the date of purchase. You can check on www.sambadays.com/expiry to see when it expires. You can extend the date if it is close to expiry. Please see terms and conditions for details.

  14. What is your return policy?

    Although we'd like to think that Samba Days experience packages are great gifts, we know that it won't meet all circumstances. Please see returns and exchange policy.
