Whether you've been skiing or riding for years and are looking to polish your skills, or it's your first time on an inclined snowy surface, this “Learn to Ski or Snowboard” group adult clinic (for ages 13 and up) ensures that participants of all abilities and levels can push themselves to the next level.

This experience includes a Beginner lower mountain lift pass, basic equipment rental and full day instructional clinic. Choose to learn in a fun group environment (maximum clinic ratio - 1 instructor to 10 students). Taught daily and available all season long.

Fernie Alpine Resort is located on Lizard Range near the town of Fernie, British Columbia, just over a 3-hour drive from Calgary. It is known for its high annual snowfall (reportedly the highest of any resort in the Canadian Rockies) and for its powder skiing.

There are 10 lifts servicing 142 named runs plus 5 alpine bowls and tree skiing with a vertical drop of 1,082 meters (3,550 feet). The resort has over 10.1 square kilometres (2,500 acres) of skiable terrain. The average annual snowfall is 875 centimetres (28.71 feet).

* Wear appropriate warm ski attire. The resort will provide boots, skis, poles and helmet.

* A waiver must be signed before the class.
