Reflexology is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the premis that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which corresponds to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs of the entire body. Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique that uses a non invasive gentle touch. Hands are placed lightly on or over the body in a special pattern, allowing energy to flow freely thereby enhancing the body's natural healing process

The focus of Holtz Spa is to provide relaxation and benefits to body, mind and spirit. For your personal comfort, a robe and slippers are provided for all spa services. You are also invited to take in some quiet time relaxing in one of the lounges or enjoying a cup of herbal tea by the fireplace. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a leisurely introduction to the spa. Should you arrive late, in consideration for the next guest, your treatment still must end as scheduled.
