Divers taking part in the scuba experience must look over the PADI Medical Statement prior to the evening. If a "yes" is answered to any question on the medical, the form must be filled out by a physician to make sure the diver is cleared for in-water activities. Transportation is not provided between the shop and the pool, however carpooling is always available. Ask about transferring to a full PADI Open Water Scuba certification - Explore the world you live on. Minimum age: 12 years of age.
