Explore both sides of Horne Lake Caves Provincial Park - above and below ground! Rock rappel down from the bluffs above the lake and then explore amazing underground caves on a thrilling 3-hour guided expedition.
These spectacular caves are carved out of marble limestone, featuring underground rivers and waterfalls with impressive crystal formations and fossils!
Above and Below Vancouver Island:
Park program runs May to October - no previous experience required. Minimum ages 8 and up with good footwear and long clothing - no shorts, T shirts or sandals. Caving and rappeling equipment provided. Usual timing is rappeling in the morning and caving in the afternoon.
