Float silently among the coastal mountains of Bella Coola Valley and enjoy a bear tour led by a professional biologist and a guide. Watch coastal grizzly bears feed on wild Pacific salmon! Surrounded by snow capped mountains, our tours are guided from silent river drift boats and rafts to watch these majestic and powerful bears in their natural settings. This is an excellent opportunity to watch grizzly bears, black bears, eagles and salmon on a coastal wilderness rivers. Eco-Rafting lets you explore the majesty of the Coast Mountains of Bella Coola on a family-friendly river float down the glacial Bella Coola River. With headwaters visible from the coastal ice-fields, this tour will take you through a deep coastal fjord-valley, passing stunning glaciers, ancient forests and salmon streams. Trips are led by biologists who will describe the wilderness landscapes and animals you see.
