Experience the thrill of piloting a Robinson R22 helicopter! After a one on one briefing with your instructor on flying techniques and safety you will get an up close look at your helicopter. Then climb aboard the helicopter and start the engine! As you lift off, the thrills will continue as your instructor shows you how the helicopter can move forward, backward, sideways or simply hover motionless in the air. During your 25 minute flight you will learn how each of the individual controls work together to pilot the aircraft. Once you're ready, take the controls as you pilot the helicopter! Once landed, you will have a thorough debriefing on the flight as this great experience draws to a close. Don't forget your camera! Your friends might not believe you actually flew a helicopter!

No previous experience is necessary. The minimum age for this experience is 14 years. Participants under 18 years of age will require the signature of a parent or guardian. Maximum weight is 240lbs. Dress comfortably for the time of year and wear flat soled shoes. Sunglasses are recommended all year round.
