I received the Sambadays gift experience for my first Mothers Day this year 2012. I must say it was really worth it It was my first experience in a spa environment so I wasn't sure what to expect but it wasn't intimidating at all. My Aesthetician Leigh was outstanding She was very thoughtful professional and informative. I didn't feel pressured into buying any products at all but did anyways because of the quality of the brand. It's not easy to find a Skin moisturizer with an SPF in it that isn't heavy. I left the Downtown Spa & Relaxation Centre feeling replenished and stress-free. Thank you so much

I had a great experience at this salon. I had the 30 minute relaxation massage and the facial and both were wonderful The staff were great and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The spa was very clean and comfortable with nice decor. One of the things I liked most was that no one tried to upsell me anything which I appreciate. Usually when you get a facial they always try to talk you into products they say you need - not here. Just a nice relaxing experience.
