The chef will:
Consult with the client to design a custom menu, consisting of 4 portions of 5 entrees
4 freezer-friendly entrees PLUS 1 entree for the night of the event
Plan and shop for the event
Attend at their home to prepare the entrees, leaving 1 for that evening and the rest will be cooled, packaged and placed in the freezer
Provide easy-to-follow heating instructions for each entree
Clean up the kitchen prior to leaving
