At La Costa Nuova, our contemporary Italian menu focuses on familiar food with an innovative twist. We are Burlington's premiere venue for casual fine dining and we believe we have truly achieved a "symphony of pleasures."

Please no walk-ins and your Samba Days card must be activated online before booking your experience. Also the Samba Days card must be presented BEFORE the meal begins. Guests must be 19 years of age or older. Please book your dining experience 48 hours in advance. The same applies for cancellations. Gratuities are extra. Please call the restaurant to book your experience. Each restaurant has the right to refuse the Samba Days card if the above mentioned steps are not followed.
