Minimum age requirement is 14 years old and a maximum weight restriction of 250 lbs. Please bring weather appropriate clothing, ample and comfortable, water bottle, snack, back pack, camera, hiking boots or sport shoes, etc. Whatever the weather, bring your bathing suit!!!
