Experience the thrill of canyoning in the summer or winter, where you rappel down in vertical water cascades or on ice, at the foot of Mont-Sainte-Anne, close to Quebec City. Descend two cascades in water, 12 and 19 meters high. Try the descent off the 41 meter frozen cascade. Canyoning-Quebec's professional guides will take you on a 4 hour excursion, equipment provided. No rappelling experience is required. This is an exclusive adventure in Canada - a recipient of the Guide Award from Adventure-Ecotourism Quebec.

The minimum age requirement is 14. In the warm months you should bring your bathing suit and running shoes and in the winter months bring your winter gear and sturdy boots.
