I loved this restaurant The Distillery District is always fun bustling and busy and a super place to browse or shop before a great lunch. To start my friend choose a caesar salad with pancetta disc that crumbled on top of the romaine and I had melt-in-your-mouth carpaccio topped with a small salad. Because it was Mother's Day they offered a fixed price menu with only a few selections and so we ordered the same entree veal with green beans and mashed potatoes. Both of us agreed this was the best veal either of us have ever tasted. The green beans perfectly crisp complimented the silk texture of the mashed potatoes. All was christened with a velvet sauce. Dessert a chococate mousse cake was the perfect ending.

A very romantic atmosphere.I ordered a gnocchi pasta for my main dish with pears and walnuts. It was filling as I couldn't finish the whole thing. Perhaps there could have been a few more pears but it wasn't too big a deal. Overall very satisfied with the delicious plate and their generous proportions

Great venue and atmosphere. Service could have been a little better but the food is great. You really taste the ingredients in the cooking.
