It is always best to arrive at least 15 minutes early so you can begin to relax with a cup of Aveda comforting tea. Please understand that should you arrive late, your treatment still must end as scheduled for the consideration of the next guest. All services must be pre-booked. If you must cancel or change an appointment, please do so within 48 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a charge due to a missed appointment.
