Scugog Island Cruises Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or change any schedule without liability when circumstances warrant. Cancellation notice by customer must be given within fourteen days of scheduled cruise. If in the event that Scugog Island Cruises has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a cruise will be rescheduled. Upon boarding the M.V. Woodman Vessel, you and your parties hereby assume all risk of injury resulting from, or in connection with any cruise or cruise event, including boarding and on the area of the pier; without limitation.
