How do I activate my Samba Days Experience Pack?
You will need the transaction number on the receipt as well as the serial number contained in the box.
Where is the transaction number?
It is at the bottom of the receipt…just below the bar code. We have a picture here to show you were it is... it is 11 digits.
Is the transaction number the same as the receipt number?
Yes it is.
I got the gift but didn't get the receipt, how do I activate?
No problem, give us a call at 1-888-98 (SAMBA)... we will gladly assist you.
How does the certificate work?
This is just like cash or a concert ticket. One certificate gives you access to one activity.
